Vendor Space Pricing

Includes a designated vendor space in the upper parking lot outside the front gate, sized appropriately to accommodate your food truck, trailer, cart, or canopy setup.

Please Note:

  • General admission tickets are not included with vendor registration.
  • Food vendors are encouraged to bring their own generator if electrical power is required, as on-site electrical access is limited.

Artisan & Craft Vendor Space Pricing

Includes one (1) designated 10’ x 10’ vendor space in the Vendor Village area for artists, makers, crafters, nonprofits, community organizations, and retail vendors.

Please Note:

  • Two (2) General Admission passes are included with each vendor registration for the corresponding day(s) purchased.
  • Electrical access is available.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, lighting, extension cords, and display materials.
  • Vendor placement is determined by the Vendor Coordinator and overall festival layout. Premium vendor spaces (#1–9) are reserved for Silver-level sponsors and above.
